I’m Kali, and when I started this business a decade ago, I had just quit a miserable job that left me feeling depleted and lonely. I was desperate for freedom: creative freedom, financial freedom, and more free time. 

Fast-forward a few years and you’ll see that I not only grew this business but had two babies along the way! I was able to find my own version of freedom within the work that made me feel fulfilled and still have time for myself and my family.

It really (truly!) does not have to be such a slog. That’s why I created The Vault - to help designers make clear cut moves and see real growth.We can come together to support one another and I will share the secrets that seem to be hiding behind a business veil… because here’s the truth: there’s more than enough room at the top for all of us.

Meticulously curated by Kali and her team, this exclusive space provides an environment for members to gather for peer support. While there is member genius to uncover, there is no coaching provided in the Designer Lounge.

  • Is this program right for me?

    This program is best for designers who have been in business for at least 1 year and are ready to elevate their business and grow. Especially if you are experiencing pain points including finding regular clients, making consistent sales, and paying yourself what your worth. If your business isn’t quite that developed yet, we recommend holding off on this mentorship for now.

    What are the time requirements?

    This program meets for 8 sessions over 9 weeks. Each session is 1 hour with one session per week and one week off. Session times vary to make sure we accommodate different timezones and schedules, but all sessions are held on either Monday or Tuesday.

    There is also homework assigned throughout the program. The time commitment varies; the more you put into it, the more you will get out of the program.

    What makes Kali qualified to lead this mentorship program?

    Kali has built her graphic and web design business from the ground up and has been running it as a successful, profitable, fulfilling business for a decade. She has scaled the business from a one-woman-show to a full team including contractors and employees. With a combination of business wisdom, proven techniques and a holistic outlook, she is primed to help designers by meeting them where they are.

    Will I be able to get one-on-one time with Kali?

    Yes! You will have several chances to get personalized support. Each session will also have a Q&A period where you can ask specific questions.
